  • How do I know the technician is trustworthy?

    Every technician passes identity and experience checks before being accepted, and you see their name and previous customer ratings before you confirm the booking. Your rating after each job is what decides whether they stay on the platform.

  • How is the price of a service set?

    The full price appears before you book, based on the type of service and the scale of the work, and it is the same at your door. No hidden fees and no “it depends” pricing — any extra work is put to you for approval first.

  • What does the golden warranty cover?

    Every installation or repair is covered for at least 30 days, and you can extend that to 120. If the same fault returns during the warranty the technician comes back free, and if it is still not resolved we refund the full value of the service.

  • Which payment methods are available?

    You pay in the app by mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or stc pay, and you can split the cost interest-free with tabby and tamara.
